Once a green tree frog moves in, that’s it. The property’s been transferred. We haven’t used the hose reel out back in years because the frogs claimed it. Same with the old sink - Boz lives in the pipe, and we don’t want to disturb him.

A mate of ours had one in their outside dunny. His wife, Shirley, refused to use it until the frog was “relocated.” Max tried - moved it to the garden, then the fence line, and finally beyond (into the property behind). Every time, the frog came back. After the third attempt and several days had passed, Shirley looked down into the bowl, the frog looked up and basically told her "I live in your toilet now. Don't make this weird." Shirley gave up. The frog had tenancy. Once a frog lays claim to a space, you might as well start paying them rent.
