Returns & Replacements
Every shirt’s printed to order, so we don’t do size swaps or returns. There’s no warehouse, no rack of spares, no magical exchange fairy.
If it doesn’t fit, we get it — that’s annoying. But that’s also how we keep waste low, prices fair, and our sanity intact.
So please check the size chart before you click “buy.” Measure twice, order once. We’re not ASOS.
But if we stuff it up? We’ll fix it.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you’ve received the wrong thing, we’ll sort it with a replacement or refund—no dramas.
How to lodge an issue (within 14 days)
Email orders@thatlldont.com with:
- A clear photo of the issue
- Your order number
- A quick description of what went wrong
We’ll lodge a claim with our print partner (Printify). Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or process your refund. Easy.
Colour & Print Variations
We make every effort to show product colours and images accurately, but screen displays vary. Minor differences in colour, print tone, or placement (±2 cm) aren’t considered faults.
All our tees are solid cotton. No fancy “heather,” “marle,” or other blended mystery fabrics. If you’re after that speckly gym-wear look, this isn’t the place.
What’s not covered
- You ordered the wrong size or colour
- You changed your mind
- Normal wear and tear or washing damage (follow the care instructions)
- Slight colour/print variation as noted above

Shipping hiccups
- Running late: Carriers can be slow, especially in the wet. If your order is way overdue (7+ days past the carrier’s estimated window), email us and we’ll chase it up.
- Lost in transit: If the carrier confirms it’s lost, we’ll replace it.
- Wrong / incomplete address supplied: If the order bounces back or goes missing, that’s on the sender (you). We can resend once you cover re-shipping.
Returns of faulty items
If we ask you to return a faulty item, we’ll cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label. Don’t send anything back until we give you the go-ahead.
Sale items & gifts
Same rules apply. If it’s faulty, we’ll replace or refund. If it’s a change of mind, we won’t.
