For years, the Ghost Gum on the Nightcliff cliffs clung to its crumbling perch — a stubborn little landmark that defied the Wet, the storms, and the steady bite of the sea. Locals walked past it and quietly took comfort in its grit. Season after season, it stayed standing. Until Cyclone Fina.

This tee pays tribute to the Tenacious Tree: a small piece of Nightcliff that reminded us that resilience isn’t loud - it’s steady, weathered, and often hanging on by a few roots. Even though the storm finally took it, the memory remains, and now it lives on in ink.
