We need to talk about the great Laksa Wars of Darwin.

Mary’s. Yati’s. Everyone’s got an opinion. And while the Darwin International Laksa Festival hands out the Golden Bowl each year, locals know the real standard is set at Parap Markets — every Saturday, without fail.

Spend any time down south and you’ll see people lining up for what’s called “the best laksa in the city.” Fair enough.

But up here, that wouldn’t even crack the top tier.

In Darwin, even an average laksa is better than the best one people queue for elsewhere.

Laksa for breakfast? Obviously. Bit rough after a big night? Even better.

It’s not just food — it’s a Top End ritual. Breakfast, lunch or dinner. Take your pick (breakfast).

Printed just for you. Every order is printed to order in Brisbane, usually within 1-3 business days.

Once your order has been printed and dispatched:

Standard shipping: usually 4–8 business days
Express shipping: usually 3–6 business days
Free standard shipping on orders over $100

Top End customers: If you're in the NT and in a hurry (an unusual combination), we recommend choosing Express Shipping. Standard parcels from Brisbane tend to take the scenic route via Adelaide before eventually heading north. Express shipping usually takes the red-eye directly instead.

Because each item is printed to order, we can’t usually exchange items ordered in the wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering. Annoying, but also fairly sensible.
